How much does shipping cost and which provider is used for shipping?

Shipping at Viktilabs is free within the European Union and Switzerland for orders over 49 € (after deduction of all discounts), otherwise the following shipping costs apply:

Within Germany:

• Orders up to 49 € -> 4,90 € (DHL Paket)

Outside Germany:

• Shipping weight under 3 kg -> 4,90 € (DHL Parcel International or GLS)
• Shipping weight over 3 kg and under 7 kg -> €7.95 (DHL Parcel International or GLS)
• Shipping weight over 7 kg -> 12,90 € (DHL Parcel International or GLS)

Shipping at Viktilabs to all other countries is a flat rate of €34.99.
Shipping to the UK and Ireland is currently not offered.

How is delivery made and how quickly?

Delivery time within Germany (excluding islands) is 3 working days. Orders within the EU and Switzerland are shipped with DHL or GLS. The delivery time is 7 working days for shipping within the EU and Switzerland (no remote areas), unless otherwise stated. Products are generally available unless otherwise stated on the product detail page. The delivery times stated for the products apply to shipping to Germany.

Is there anything else?

For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional costs may be incurred in individual cases for which we are not responsible and which are to be borne by you. These include, for example, costs for the transfer of money by credit institutions (e.g. transfer fees, bill of exchange fees, etc.).
